We are committed to obeying all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where we do business, and ensuring that J&J maintains a safe workplace for employees and customers. Protect human health, prevent pollution and safeguard the natural environment (air, water, land) by meeting or exceeding all applicable environmental, health and safety requirements.

Conflicts of Interest- To recognize that conflicts of interest can occur anywhere during the course of a business relationship. J&J employees must always be cautious and aware of our relationships and their effects on the Company. Be diligent and monitor our processes so that we do not place ourselves, our business associates or the Company at risk.

Responsibility- To speak out without fear of reprisal when calling attention to any workplace violation of law, safety and/or health standards, ethical codes and harassment. To commit to upholding the policies and values outlined in the Code of Ethics & Conduct and to utilize one of the reporting options for any suspected violations.

Accountability- To be willing to accept the results of any decisions we make or actions we take in the course of our representation of the Company. As a J&J employee, we are accountable for making sure that we are familiar with our Company policies and procedures, including those outlined within the Code of Ethics & Conduct.
